A biomedical client of Taiwan Intelligent Robotics Technology is one of the only three companies globally capable of producing high-density gene chips, with its headquarters located in California, USA. This client’s next-generation microarray chips offer high density and quality advantages, suitable for early tumor screening, pathogen detection, preventive medicine, and health management. Their respiratory virus detection chip can sequence over 60 viruses, including novel coronavirus, achieving precise detection of the novel coronavirus and other common respiratory pathogens. Additionally, their whole-genome chips can analyze nearly one million human disease-related genes, such as those related to cancer, genetic disorders, metabolism, or drug resistance.
The high-throughput microarray scanner designed, developed, and manufactured by Taiwan Intelligent Robotics Technology features multiple optical mirror assemblies to switch between different fluorescence wavelength optical systems. With precise optical path calibration for uniform illumination, the system can read information from the chip array. It automates the entire detection process, scanning up to 384 samples at once, with high-resolution imaging obtained through precise micro-step control for accurate focus and detailed analysis.
